1 box vanilla wafers
4 bananas, sliced
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Cream the cheese until soft. Stir in Eagle Brand milk, pudding mix and milk. Fold in half the Cool Whip. Layer vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
