1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
5-6 tbsp. brandy (more or less according to taste)
2 tbsp. Creme de Cocoa

Soften ice cream slightly. Add brandy and Creme de Cocoa stirring until mixed and the taste is pleasing. Put back in freezer.

Good after a rich dinner.
