MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 to 4 qts. popped popcorn placed in clean brown paper bag

Combine sugar, salt, butter and corn syrup in 2 quart dish. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir and cook 3 minutes longer. Stir in soda and pour mixture over popped corn. Shake well. Then microwave 1 minute and shake, 1 minute and shake, 1 minute and shake well and pour into pan to cool. Break apart.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
