RICOTTA COOKIES | |
1/4 lb. butter, softened 1/4 c. ricotta 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 1 egg 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Blend butter and ricotta until creamy. Add vanilla, mix well. Add sugar, beating until well blended. Add egg and mix well. Slowly stir in dry ingredients and blend well. Drop teaspoon of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 30. |
