BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Pimientos and oregano (optional)

Cook sausage, drain and set aside. Separate rolls into 8 triangles; place with elongated points toward the center in greased 12 inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form crust. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with pimientos and oregano.
