RHUBARB SURPRISE 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
3 c. rhubarb
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Cut together first four ingredients as for pie crust. Add egg and milk, and mix. Press into 9" pie pan. Combine rhubarb and Jell-O, and place in pie tin. Sprinkle with a mixture of the flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
