MARINATED MUSHROOMS | |
1 lb. fresh mushrooms 1/2 c. wine vinegar 1/3 c. water 1/4 c. salad oil 1 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. basil leaves 1 clove garlic, pressed Salt & pepper to taste 1. Clean mushrooms. 2. Combine rest of ingredients and bring to boil. 3. Add mushrooms, bring to boil again then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. 4. Cool, then refrigerate in marinade several hours before serving. |
