RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. cut-up rhubarb
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 to 2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter

Place rhubarb in ungreased 10 x 6 x 11 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.

Measure sugar, flour, and cinnamon into bowl. Add butter and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350 degree oven.
