CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 lb. fresh cranberries 1 c. sugar 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello 3 c. hot water 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained Grind cranberries; add 1 cup sugar and let stand 1 hour. In another bowl, add 3 cups hot water to Jello powder. Mix Jello, cranberry mixture and pineapple together. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. |
