2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
4 egg yolks
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. white vinegar
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. jar pimento, chopped
1 onion, chopped

In saucepan, heat egg yolks, sugar and white vinegar until thickened. Add to cream cheese. In separate bowl, mix pepper, pimento and onion. Fold pepper mixture into cheese mixture. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
