PECAN TASSIES | |
6 oz. cream cheese 1 c. butter 2 c. flour FILLING: 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans Blend pastry ingredients into soft dough and press into tart pans. Spread some chopped pecans in bottom of each tart. Prepare filling by beating eggs, butter, brown sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Add remaining pecans and spoon filling into each tart cup until 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 250 degrees and bake 10 minutes more. |
