BIG BATCH BRAN MUFFINS 
4 beaten eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
5 c. flour (1/2 white - 1/2 whole wheat)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda

Mix dry ingredients together and add to liquid. Add 1 cup raisins or 1 cup nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 dozen muffins and freezes well.
