PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. rice
1 can beef broth
1/4 c. water

Cook about 15 minutes.

4 pork chops, browned
2 carrots, cut in julienne strips
1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
1/2 c. cooking wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. oregano

Place all ingredients except chops in 10x6 casserole. Put chops on top. Bake covered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
