STUFFING FOR 12 POUND TURKEY 
2 c. essence from giblets or water
32 slices bread, torn up
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced onion
1 1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Tear up bread, pour on melted butter; add seasonings and celery and onions and liquid. Mix lightly and stuff and/or bake in separate dish about 1 1/2 hours at 325 to 350 degrees.
