BEEF SKILLET DINNER 
1 tbsp. fat
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 c. tomato paste (6 oz. can)
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. noodles

Melt fat in heavy skillet. Add ground beef, onion, garlic and parsley. Brown lightly. Combine tomato paste with water, sugar, salt and pepper, mixing until smooth. Add to meat mixture, mixing well. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add noodles, cover and cook until tender, about 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Serve with grated cheese.
