CHICKEN FRIED RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 whole chicken breast
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. green peas
3 green onions, chopped
Soy sauce

Cut chicken in small pieces. Cook in hot oil in wok until done; set aside. Cook egg in wok until set; set aside. Add rice to wok; stir fry. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Add chicken, peas, and onions. Stir; slice egg into strips, add to chicken and stir fry 1 minute and serve.
