EASY HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 pastry shell (9 inch) unbaked
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Swiss or cheddar cheese
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
Dash pepper

Brown meat in skillet. Drain fat and set aside. Blend mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch, and eggs until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Place mixture in pastry shell. Brown in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. It is done with knife inserted in center of quiche comes out clean.
