MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Onion, optional
Green pepper, optional
1 can taco sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. enchilada sauce
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Grated cheese

Brown hamburger, onion and pepper, season. Add rest of ingredients and heat. Place some mixture in 9 x 13 pan, layer corn tortillas and mixture alternately until used up. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
