6 c. Special K
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white Karo
1 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Mix together Special K and peanut butter. Boil 1 minute Karo and sugar. Mix mixtures together and spread in a well greased 9"x13" pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together and spread like frosting.
