TIPSY SWEET POTATOES AND MEMPHIS 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1/2-1 c. sweet potato liquid
6 tbsp. butter
3/4-1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2-1 tsp. cloves
2 dashes salt
2-3 c. inexpensive Bourbon (don't waste the Jack Daniels)
Approx. 18 lg. marshmallows

Drain sweet potatoes, reserving 1/2-1 cup liquid and mash in mixer on low. Cook all remaining ingredients (except bourbon and marshmallows) and 1/2 cup sweet potato liquid in saucepan on low heat for several minutes until bubbly (or in microwave 1-2 minutes, stir once or twice). Blend sauce into sweet potatoes with mixer on low. Blend bourbon into sweet potatoes with mixer on low.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
