ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can vegetable broth
1/2 c. sweet orange marmalade or apple jelly
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 c. cooked rice

In skillet brown chicken about 10 minutes; remove chicken from skillet. Mix the rest of ingredients together. Add to skillet cook until mixture boils and thickens stirring constantly. Return chicken to skillet. Cook until chicken is done. Serve over rice and garnish with orange slices.
