JELLO SALAD 
1 box (3 oz.) Jello
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 cans (small) mandarin oranges
1 lg. (13 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix dry Jello and cottage cheese. Add drained crushed pineapple; mix well. Fold in Cool Whip, mix well. Add drained mandarin oranges, gently stir until they are mixed through salad. Refrigerate.
