BAKED CORN 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 tsp. onion salt OR 1/2 c. onion, sauteed in 1/4 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix ingredients together. Then stir in 1/2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix. Put in 9x12 baking dish; on top add 1 cup sour cream. Add 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle rest of muffin mix on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 6.
