CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
4 c. cut up & cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen onion rings
1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese

Place broccoli in 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer with chicken. Mix soup, mayonnaise and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Layer sliced water chestnuts over soup mixture. Slice cheese 1/4 inch thick and place over water chestnuts. Top with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
