PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans pineapple tidbits (use 1/2 of the juice)
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. plain flour
1 c. grated cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers

Pour pineapple in Pyrex dish. Mix sugar, flour and cheese and sprinkle over pineapple. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
