CHICKEN SAN FRANCISCO STYLE 
2 cut up fryers
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Pinch of garlic salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 cans chunk pineapple
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar

Dust chicken with flour and spices. Brown in hot butter. Add sugar, pineapple syrup and soy sauce to browned chicken in frying pan.

Place chicken skin side down in casserole and place in oven. Pour brown sauce over browned chicken. Bake uncovered 350 degrees 1 hour.

Turn chicken over after 30 minutes. Add pineapple chunks. Bake for additional 30 minutes. Delicious.
