PEANUT BUTTER EGGS 
1 stick butter (soft)
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 lb. chocolate (any flavor)

Mix all ingredients except chocolate in large bowl. Chill until firm. Melt chocolate over hot water in double boiler or microwave. Shape mixture in egg form and dip in hot chocolate until covered evenly. A fork works well when dipping out of chocolate. Set on wax paper until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
