QUICK & EASY CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
15 oz. can sliced stewed tomatoes
15 oz. can kidney beans
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. water

Brown together in Dutch oven the ground meat, onion and green peppers. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve either plain, over rice or with shredded cheddar cheese on top.
