STRAWBERRY TRIFLE | |
1 lg. angel food cake, baked 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding, prepared as directed 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 can strawberry pie filling 1 box frozen strawberries, thawed, undrained 2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip 2 c. pecans, chopped Layer in large trifle bowl: one half of the angel food cake, cubed; one half of the pudding; one half can pineapple, with juice; one half can strawberry pie filling; one half box strawberries, with juice; one cup pecans and 8 ounces Cool Whip. Repeat layers in same order. Garnish with strawberries. Seal with Saran Wrap and store in refrigerator overnight. |
