HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
8 oz. crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 diced bananas
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix by hand the flour, salt and cinnamon. Mix separately remaining ingredients. Mix both mixtures together well. Put in greased and slightly sugared bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
