2 - MINUTE MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Mix all ingredients in microwaveable large bowl EXCEPT butter. Mix will be dry. Lay butter on top and put in microwave. Do not cover. Cook on high for 2 minutes. When done cooking, stir vigorously until butter is mixed thoroughly. Pour into small square pan which is lined with waxed paper. Place in freezer for 20 to 30 minutes. Store in freezer or refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
