CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. lean pork, steak or chops

Dice and fry until done.

6 stalks celery
3 or 4 med. onions

Dice and fry with pork.

Boil 1 package Chinese noodles until tender. Don't drain. Add meat mixture, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, salt and pepper.

Cook 2 hours in very slow oven. Taste to see if more seasoning is needed. If dry, add more water, but it shouldn't be like soup.
