NEW ENGLAND PECAN PIE 
PIE CRUST: 9 INCH ONE CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter or shortening
Pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp. cold water to texture, not too sticky

FILLING:

3 lg. or 4 med. eggs, whipped
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. green label Karo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. broken pecans, folded in last to above mixture

Save 1/2 cup whole pecans for topping.

Place pie crust in pan; pour filling and top with the whole pecans.

Preheat oven 350 degrees and bake until golden brown for about 40 to 45 minutes or until center comes out clean with a toothpick.
