MOCK LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. cooked noodles, drained
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten

Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in tomato paste, water and seasoning, cover, simmer 15 minutes. Combine noodles and parsley, toss lightly. Combine mayo, 1/2 cup cheese and eggs; mix well. Layer noodles, egg mixture and meat sauce in 9"x9" baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
