CHOCOLATE BROWNIES & FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
16 oz. chocolate syrup
1 c. flour

Cream butter, eggs and sugar. Add chocolate syrup. Stir in flour. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
