1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
2 sm. French vanilla instant pudding mixes
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 c. milk
Gummy worms

Crush Oreos and set aside. Mix cream cheese and butter. In separate bowl mix milk and pudding mixes until thick. Mix cream cheese mixture and pudding together. Fold in Cool Whip.

In a large new plastic flower pot or sand pail alternate layers of oreos and pudding mix, beginning and ending with Oreos. Chill.

Before serving, stick artificial flowers into flower pot and decorate with gummy worms. Serve with a new plastic sand shovel!
