ASPARAGUS FOLD-OVERS 
Trim crust from bread slices; roll flat with roiling pin. Spread bread with Easy Hollandaise Sauce. Fold ends over a drained canned asparagus spear; secure with wooden pick. Brush sandwiches with soft butter; then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 2 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

EASY HOLLANDAISE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine.
