ASPARAGUS SOUFFLE | |
1 can asparagus 2 hard boiled eggs 1 sm. pkg. potato chips 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 lb. cheese Salt and pepper to taste Place a layer of asparagus in a casserole. Follow with 1 egg sliced, then 1/2 of the cheese then 1/2 of the mushroom soup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Crumble potato chips over the top. Bake in oven of 350 degrees until the cheese melts. |
