LAYERED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
1 can tomato soup

Saute meat, drain, season. Layer with vegetables in casserole. Pour tomato soup over all. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Bake at 350 degrees until vegetables are done.
