FAVORITE RELISH 
1 green pepper
2 quarts green (under-ripe) cucumbers
3 quarts ripe cucumbers
1 quart small green tomatoes
1 quart onions
1 head cauliflower

Grind or coarsely chop all vegetables as for relish. Boil vegetables in lightly salted water until nearly tender and drain.

Heat 2 quarts vinegar and add following ingredients:

3 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons ground mustard
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon turmeric, mixed together.

Allow to come to a boil and pour over vegetables. Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust Seals.

Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
