CREAM OF TURKEY SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of black pepper
2 c. half & half
3 c. turkey or chicken broth
3/4 c. coarsely chopped, cooked turkey

Heat butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Heat until bubbly. Gradually add half and half and 1 cup of broth, stirring constantly. Bring to boiling, cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes. Blend in remaining broth and turkey. Heat, do not boil. Garnish with grated carrot. About 6 servings.
