TIRAMISIO 
Italian lady fingers (Savoiardi - must be hard lady fingers)
Strong coffee mix with liquor (Amaretto, Kahlua, etc.) to taste
3 eggs, separated
4 tbsp. sugar
Container Mascarpone cheese
3 containers whipping cream
Cocoa
Additional liquor

Separate eggs. Beat yolks with sugar; add cheese and beat again. Add 2 tablespoons of liquor. Beat egg whites to stiff and shiny. Beat whipping cream. To cheese mixture fold in egg whites and whipping cream. Dip lady fingers in coffee mixture; layer on bottom of rectangular dish (6x12). Sprinkle with cocoa and continue to layer with cream mixture and cocoa (total or 4 layers). Top with cocoa. Make ahead one day.
