CRANBERRY MOLD 
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. whole cranberries
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
6 tbsp. cold water
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. diced celery

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Boil cranberries in boiling water until skins pop. Strain. Return to pan, add sugar and salt. Cool 5 minutes. Add gelatin. When partially set stir in nuts, orange rind and celery. Pour into lightly greased mold and chill.
