CHICKEN HERBIYAKI | |
3/4 c. water 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 tsp. oregano 2 cloves garlic, crushed 4 tbsp. wine vinegar 4 lb. chicken thighs Dissolve sugar in water. Mix in soy sauce, vinegar, oil, crumbled oregano and garlic. Pour over chicken pieces to marinate. Chicken may be marinated for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Line baking pan with foil and place chicken in single layer in it. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Turn pieces over. Baste and bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes more. |
