CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Serves 8 to 10.

Combine:

5 to 6 chicken breast halves, cooked & cut up
2 boxes Rice-a-Roni, cooked
2 jars marinated artichokes with juice, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Can be served either hot or cold. Serve with tossed salad and rolls.
