JEWISH APPLE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. oil
3 c. unsifted flour
1 can apple pie filling
Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture:
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together eggs, sugar, juice and vanilla. Add alternately dry ingredients and oil to above mixture. Grease large tube pan and flour. Put in 1/2 of batter, 1/2 can of pie filling and sprinkle with 1/2 cinnamon, sugar mixture. Add remaining batter, top with balance of apples and cinnamon, sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
