KRISTI'S APPLE CRISP 
6 cups pared sliced apples
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. water
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place apples in 8-inch square or 10x6-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and water. Combine sugar, flour, rolled oats, butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.

Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
