SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 c. ripe banana (or pineapple)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. chopped pecans (or not)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 5 loaf pan. Beat ingredients until smooth and fold in blueberries. Bake 1 hour or until done.
