NACHOS IN MICROWAVE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Velveeta Mexican style cheese
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped (hamburg, if desired)

Saute onion in butter for 60 seconds. Cut cheese into smaller pieces. Add cheese and tomatoes to onion mixture. Cook on high for 9 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Brown hamburg. Serve with tortilla chips. Sprinkle with browned hamburg if desired. Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
