SEEKH KEBABS 
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 tsp. mild curry powder
1 tsp. ground cardamom
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. finely chopped Chinese or Italian parsley
1/4 c. flour
1 egg

Mix onion, pepper, garlic, and ground beef together in large mixing bowl. Make indentation in center of meat and add spices; mix thoroughly. Add chopped parsley, flour, and egg. Beat well. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread meat loaf mixture onto non-stick baking sheet, 15 x 10 x 1 inch. Place in oven and bake 35 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully pour off excess grease. Pat surface of meat with paper towels to sponge up excess grease.

Cut into tiny squares and serve warm or cold with chutney.

Meat squares may be wrapped individually or in sections in plastic wrap and foil and stored in freezer up to 3 months.
